I’m Bari Pham, Au.D. and I joined Monkey Mouths in 2020 as an Audiologist and Director of Hearing Services. I have more than 20 years of audiology experience with pediatric patients and I am extremely excited to be part of this wonderful, growing organization.
After graduating from Vanderbilt University, I began my audiology career at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. In 2003, I moved to Texas and began my professional journey at Cook Children’s Medical Center, where I practiced and grew over the next 17 years. During this time, I established strong, lasting relationships with physicians, educational professionals, therapists, and, most importantly, patients and their family members. My true passion is patient-focused/family-focused care. I believe that by collaborating with all the professionals involved in a child’s life we will be able to provide the best care with the most successful outcomes.
In my free time, I enjoy cheering on my kids at their sporting events and getting together with friends
As an audiologist since 2001, I have training and specialization in the following:

My goal as a pediatric audiologist is to provide patient and family-centered care, alongside a multi-disciplinary team. I aim to foster a caring environment for my patients and their families, and believe that providing appropriate resources and encouraging advocacy is the best way to help families manage and understand their child’s hearing difference.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, exploring DFW, and spending time with my husband and dog.
As an audiologist, I have training and specialization in the following:
I’m Britney Herrera and I joined Monkey Mouths in 2022 as an audiology assistant. I received my undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, as well as Child Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Dallas. At the beginning of my undergraduate experience, I was set on becoming a speech therapist, but after learning about the diverse issues that can impact our hearing, I decided to switch careers!
I believe in creating a playful and safe environment for children to engage in hearing evaluations while still having fun. As a native Spanish speaker, I love to connect with Hispanic families as I strive to raise awareness about hearing loss and other aspects of Audiology that may not be familiar in the Hispanic community.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, discovering new parks around my neighborhood, and volunteering my time to my church.
As an audiology assistant since 2022, I have training and specialization in the following:
I’m Paige Faulder, M.S., CCC-SLP, LSLS Cert. AVT, and I joined Monkey Mouths in 2016. I earned my undergraduate and master’s degrees from Texas Christian University and began my career at Cook Children’s Medical Center. During my time at Cook, I developed a passion for the hearing-impaired population, with intervention focusing specifically on developing listening and spoken language skills in infants and children in a family-centered approach. I was a member of the Cochlear Implant Team at Cook and collaborated with ENTs, audiologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and social workers routinely to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality patient care.
I attended the AEI (Alabama Ear Institute) Summer Institute, as well as the Texas Christian University Listening and Spoken Language Summer Institute. Both intensive, 2-week training courses consisted of lectures and hands-on practice using Auditory-Verbal techniques and strategies. In 2011, I became a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist, Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT). In addition to providing direct AVT services at Cook, I also supervised graduate student interns, clinical fellows and new hires. From 2012-2013, I served as the Rehab Services Clinic Lead.
In 2016, in addition to being a member of the Monkey Mouths team, I was also a Clinical Supervisor at the Davies School of Communication Sciences & Disorders at TCU. I supervised graduate speech-language pathology student clinicians providing family-centered intervention to children with hearing impairments under the direction of Emily Lund, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, Assistant Professor.
I strongly believe that active parent participation and parent coaching in therapy sessions are key components to successful listening and spoken language outcomes.
